Vijayendra Kadalabal calls himself a 'Non Conventional Educationalist' by profession and has spent more than 3 years working with the indigenous communities from the eastern state of India--Jharkhand. Originally, from the south of India, Vijay has spent his Masters' years in the western state of Maharashtra, earning one in Financial Economics from GIPE, Pune and another in Social Work from TISS, Mumbai, both institutions being among the best in India.
Nantisara Pipattanananti worked at an NGO focusing on educational projects in the Northeast of Thailand. Later she went to do her master in Peace, Conflicts and Development studies in Spain. During her study, she joined the Caux Interns program in 2012 and went to Afghanistan to write her master thesis about alternative education for women. Also, she joined the Caux Scholars program in 2014. Currently she is working at a US company in Spain that provides international payment solutions for students.
Being the coordinator of the CPS program of “Strengthening Civil Society for Nonviolent Conflict Resolution with state actors" in Ukraine, Felix Schimansky-Geier actively supports and collaborates with Ukrainian Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and social movements with a regional focus on East Ukraine (the Donbas). The aim of the program is to design and disseminate constructive models of conflict resolution with government agencies.

With IofC, he was part of Asia Pacific Coordination group and leading Life Matters Course in Asia Pacific Region. In 2011, he got the award as ASEAN Young Ambassador to join International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) to visit US.
Nenden Mutiara Ulfa leads the program for the School of Reconciliation to engage people to understand their ancestral roots and bring reconciliation and healing in their lives. In 2000, she moved from Berlin to Beirut where she has been working as filmmaker, journalist and consultant for NGOs.
